Request to Fix Template Access and Refund Duplicate Payment

    Dear Support Team,

    I purchased the 25+ Templates Bundle Package for $63.20. However, one of the templates included in the bundle, “Startup Consultation,” did not work for the Pro version as advertised.

    I contacted your support team multiple times through chat regarding this issue, but unfortunately I did not receive any response or resolution.

    Since the template was still not accessible, I purchased the same template separately for an additional $31.20. Even after the second purchase, the template is still not working.

    This issue has caused unnecessary duplicate payment and significant inconvenience.

    Please do the following immediately:

    Fix access to the “Startup Consultation” Pro template
    Refund the second payment of $31.20 charged for the separate template purchase

    I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
